“Sarah checked us in and was extremely helpful. We had arrived early and our rooms were ready for check in. She assisted with recommendations for hiking and restaurants in the area. We stayed for two days and had a lovely time. The staff was nice and courteous. Very nice rooms with updated amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I'm back in the area”

“I have stayed here twice, but will not be staying here again. I get a not-so-subtle signal that I am not the kind of customer you are looking for. Both times I stayed here the TV in the lobby and the TV in the breakfast room were tuned to FOX. With such a divided country, it isn’t difficult to see what this franchisee, or the Wyndham Corp itself, is trying to say. I’ll be interested to see if other Wyndham locations so the same.”

“Not the greatest neighborhood, but the bed was clean and comfortable, however the floor was filthy (as my husband had white socks on and they were black). “Upon arrival, there was one person already checking in. I am newly disabled, so just getting from the Uber to the desk was a challenge. Donna, the person working the desk did nothing but complain to someone on the phone about being tired.As she was finishing checking in the man ahead of me, another person walked up. “It was a very clean and nice hotel! We enjoyed our stay.”

“Great hotel with perfect accommodations. Visiting from Miami, Fl and being used to warm/hot weather, the indoor pool was a big plus for the kids. I don't think we could enjoy an outside pool in June in West Virginia. Additionally, the hotel was clean and the full breakfast being available in the morning made it even better. Checkout at 12pm is standard which also made for a pleasant trip! I'd recommend for families for sure!”

“It just seemed like maintenance was lacking a little and not much had been fixed/upgraded since we had been there 4 years ago.”

“The staff was very kind and had smiles for my son. It was my first time stopping in West Virginia, and I was pleasantly surprised. I choose it for the pool, but the pool is in the middle of the parking lot, so I don’t recommend it. but the staff were great and it’s very clean.”

“The hotel was difficult to get to. You can see it from the interstate, but when you get off at the exit, you can't see it. There are no signs directing you to the hotel. I finally found it. The lady working the front desk was ok. Not the most friendly. The room was clean. Had difficulty sleeping because the noise from the interstate which was right across the parking lot, literally. Walk out the room door, walk across the not so wide lot and climb the embankment and you're standing on...
